Shipping policy

1) All candles sold by cases of 6 unless stated otherwise.

2) Cases of six are packed in parcel. Parcel maximum weight 25kg. We can fit maximum 60 candles or 10 cases of 6 in a parcel. The number of candles in the parcel can be less then 60 candles depending on candle size.

For example we can put only 36 large candles in the parcel due to parcel weight limit.

3) The items are dispatched from warehouse in Peterborough in United Kingdom or from Ventspils in Latvia.

4) We use DHL road services for orders dispatched from Peterborough warehouse.

5) We use GLS or DPD road services for orders dispatched from Ventspils in Latvia.
